Delivery Across Pakistan

We offer delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after order confirmation.

  • Ready-to-Wear orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Customized or specially stitched orders may require additional processing time, depending on the customization and order requirements.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities & Areas: 3–6 working days
  • Remote Areas: Additional time may be required depending on courier service availability.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, sales campaigns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned with the respective promotion.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

For certain orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided with your order, where available.

You can use the tracking information to follow your parcel's delivery status.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your name, complete delivery address, city, and active phone number are correct when placing your order.

Silai Ghar will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable contact number.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses a confirmed COD parcel, the courier may return the parcel to us.

Additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply for orders that need to be dispatched again.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in advance payment being required for future orders.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational delays
  • High-volume sale periods
  • Road closures or other unforeseen circumstances

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

Currently, our standard online delivery service is available within Pakistan.
